Company ENERGO - PRO reported revenue growth for the first nine months of 2025

The company ENERGO - PRO a.s., an international energy group focused on electricity generation from renewable sources, distribution, and supply of electricity, achieved consolidated revenues of EUR 1,100 million in the first nine months of 2025, representing a year-on-year increase of 6%. EBITDA operating profit amounted to EUR 279 million, 7% less year-on-year, primarily due to less favorable hydrological conditions.

Electricity generation from hydro sources reached 3,194 GWh and remained at a comparable level to last year. Weaker hydrology across most regions was partially offset by the contribution of new acquisitions in Brazil and Turkey and higher realized electricity prices, particularly in Spain and Bulgaria. In the distribution segment, the Group further increased the volume of distributed electricity in both Bulgaria and Georgia while continuing to reduce losses in distribution networks.

“ENERGO - PRO achieved satisfactory operating and financial results in the first nine months of 2025, despite less favorable hydrological conditions compared to last year. We continued our investments and strategic growth, a key milestone of which was the completion of the acquisition of the 350 MW Baixo Iguaçu hydropower plant in Brazil. Together with last year's acquisitions in Brazil and Turkey, this transaction further strengthens the stability and diversification of our revenues. The company's financial standing remains robust, and financial performance is developing in line with our expectations,” said Jakub Fajfr, CEO of ENERGO - PRO.
